REVIVAL MONDAY #138 HOLIDAY EDITION!

WELCOME TO REVIVAL MONDAY
HOLIDAY EDITION!

GOT SOME GREAT HOLIDAY
INSPIRATION OUT THERE AND
SOME TERRIFIC IDEAS ON HOW TO
DECORATE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

THESE FIRST COUPLE TIPS
ARE MY OWN SO I HOPE
YOU ENJOY THEM!

#1
MAY THE CLOCHE BE WITH YOU
THESE CLOCHE'S I MADE FROM GLASS
DOMES I PICKED UP AT THE
THRIFT STORE.

AND MY IDEA WAS TO ADD A TOPPER TO THE DOME.YOU COULD USE JUST
ABOUT ANYTHING. THE ONE'S I USED
WERE ACTUALLY METAL DRAWER
KNOBS!

GLUED TO THE TOP

ALL IT NEEDED NOW WAS A BASE AND
SOME DECORATION!
I MADE A BASES OUT OF AN OLD
CANDLESTICK AND THE OTHER
FROM A ROUND
PIECE OF WOOD FROM AN OLD
CHEESEBOARD. THEN PAINTED
THEM WITH A VALSPAR PAINT CALLED
HEAVY CREAM. I OPTED FOR
THE HEAVLY DISTRESSED LOOK!

AND FILLED THEM WITH PINECONES!
I LOVE MY LITTLE
CLOCHES!

#2
THE NATURE BOWL
ANOTHER GREAT IDEA IS TO
JUST PUT A BUNCH OF PINECONES
AND VARIOUS OTHER ORNAMENTS
TOGETHER!

I FOUND THIS GREAT WOODEN
BOWL AT THE THRIFT STORE AND PAINTED IT WITH A GREAT
WHITE-WASHED RUSTIC LOOK

#3
POP OF COLOR
AND MY LAST DECORATING IDEA IS
FOR YOUR TREE I DO IT EVERY YEAR!
IT MAKES THE TREE LOOK
FULLER AND ADDS A POP OF COLOR

IT'S THESE LITTLE FLORAL STICKS WITH RED BERRIES, GLASS AND PEARLS

I JUST STICK THEM ALL OVER THE TREE, EASY PEASY!

#4

WITH SOME ODDS AND ENDS SHE
MADE SOME CUTE LITTLE
CLOCHE VIGNETTES
http://safaffect.wordpress.com/2013/10/29/industrial-glass-cloches/

SHE CAN EASILY CHANGE THEM OUT
FOR THE HOLDIAY JUST BY

ORNAMENTS AND CREATING
