LET THERE BE LIGHT

got this from the thrift store for $1.99 and decided to paint it to update it. i saw one similar at target for about $200 dollars which i didnt want to spend on a light to go out under my gazebo.

turned out great!

before..

after...

looks like real oil rubbed bronze finish...
all it took was one can of
spray paint.

  2. It's amazing what paint can do for anything. This looks like it works perfectly and I think it's much more enjoyable when you know the cost was minimal and the work was done by you. Don't you think?

  3. WOW! I love it. Don't you just love how cheap you can buy stuff and make it into a gem! I bought the same light for $2 at a garage sale and painted it white. It rocks, just like yours! 8>)
