ROCKING CHAIR BEFORE AND AFTER!

I HAD DONE A WOOD ROCKING
CHAIR FOR MY MOM PREVIOUSLY
BUT I FOUND THIS ONE AT
THE THRIFT STORE
FOR $5.99 AND IT WAS 25 PERCENT
OFF THAT DAY SO I COULD'NT
RESIST! AND THIS ONE WOULD
BE MINE!

BEFORE...

INSPIRED BY THESE BLUES

I CHOSE THE COLOR
 EMPIRE FLEET BLUE BY VALSPAR
BUT IT ACTUALLY WAS'NT MY
FIRST CHOICE FOR THE ROCKER
YOU CAN SEE MY FIRST COLOR
SHOWING THRU A LITTLE WHERE
I DISTRESSED THE PIECE AND
I LIKE IT SHOWING THRU.

HERE IS MY AFTER...
I CALL HER MISS BEAUREGARDE!

HOPE YOU LIKE HER!

  2. I picked up the same rocker on the weekend and was wondering what to do with it. Yours looks awesome! I was going to do white, but now I'm thinking a teal colour. Thanks for the inspiration to be different. x Julie
