decisions, decisions
I'm debating the same thing right now. I saw them on HGTV using one and it seems a lot faster and easier to use one. They recommended one for about forty dollars at a home improvement store.
ReplyDeleteI bought one a few years ago. It is good for just about everything. Saves a LOT of time. And it still goin strong. It's a Wagner. But one thing...it's a pain to clean. So unless your doing a big job, it's not worth fireing up. I also have a Wagner roller. Thats great to. Saved alot of time with large jobs. But these are at least 5 yrs old. I am sure they came out with better ones by now. 8>)
ReplyDeleteLauren...I wish I had one... use to have an old one... but somehow got lost in a move... love them!
ReplyDeleteDon says a paint sprayer can really get away from you fast. I don't know anything about them.
ReplyDeleteI've never had one but I've also been thinking about getting one. So I'm keeping an eye on these comments so I can see what you end up with!! <3 Good luck!!
ReplyDeleteHi Lauren!
ReplyDeleteI, too, am looking into getting a spray painter but was unsure of what kind to purchase. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but wanted something that would perform well. I read this post (http://showandtell-sausha.blogspot.com/2011/02/my-paint-sprayer-and-long-story-to-go.html) and decided to go ahead and purchase the old gun that she used, the Kobalt. Only when I went to Lowes they didn't have it! They had it online and I'm going to check another store this week and see if I can find it. She obviously paints a lot of furniture so I figured if the Kobal was good enough for her for a year then it's good enough for me! Looking forward to following up on the comments and seeing what everyone has to say!

We bought one once (a few years ago, and in Australia, so no clue what it was)to do the walls in the house we had just moved into; but had so much trouble with it, we gave up and went the way of the rollers. I love the idea in theory, but would be hesitant to lay out money on one again unless I knew for sure it would work the way I want it to.
